Economy for the 4 Series Convertible
Performance and economy for the 4 Series Convertible are boosted with mild-hybrid technology with a 48v starter-generator along with a second battery that is topped up by the car’s braking energy.
Engine outputs include a 184 bhp unit for the BMW 420i sDrive Convertible which should return around 50 mpg and have emissions of 131g/km.
The diesel engine available from launch will return 68 mpg with emissions of 111g/km.
Safety kit includes park distance control, a front collision warning system with braking intervention, along with lane departure warning. A reversing assistant and a reversing camera are also fitted as standard.
The new BMW 4 Series Convertible is available to order now and is priced from £45,780, with car lease deals being available closer to the official launch.
