It’s been talked about for so long I thought it would never see the light of day – but Aston Martin has unveiled the Vanquish.
The motor tops the firm’s line-up and is a ‘super grand tourer’ representing ‘the zenith of current Aston Martin design and engineering’.
It’s got a revamped 6.0-litre V12 engine which packs a bigger punch at 565 bhp. It will do 0-62 mph in 4.1 seconds and hit a top speed of 183 mph.
And some of the design takes it cue from the limited edition £1.2m one-77 supercar.
There’s no doubt that the Vanquish is pitched firmly into supercar territory and at £189,995 you’ll need a supersized wallet to pay for it too.
