Petrol engines for the Mercedes E-Class Coupe
Of the petrol engines for the Mercedes E-Class Coupe, there’s an impressive 2.0 litre turbocharged unit for the E300 producing 245 bhp with emissions of 160g/km which should deliver economy of 40 mpg. It’s sprint time is 6.4 seconds.
For drivers who opt for the Mercedes E-Class Coupe E400 4Matic there’s a twin turbocharged 3.0 litre V6 petrol unit producing 333 bhp with emissions of 189g/km and economy of 34 mpg.
However, this power can help propel the E400 from 0 to 62 mph in 5.3 seconds.
Mercedes E-Class Coupe is only available with the AMG Line trim
The new Mercedes E-Class Coupe is only available with the AMG Line trim with an impressive standard spec including sports exhaust system, twin-spoke alloy wheels, LED headlights, reversing camera, parking sensors and the firm’s Magic Control.
There’s also an 8.4 inch infotainment screen complete with satnav, active brake assist, heated front seats and steering wheel mounted touchpads.
As usual with Mercedes, there’s a long list of options including a memory package, keyless go and panoramic sunroof.
